Kiev reported violations of human rights in Crimea

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) is ready to partially consider the complaint “Ukraine v. Russia” in connection with the statements of Kiev on human rights violations in Crimea.

This is stated in the statement of the Strasbourg court.

“The court considers itself unauthorized to decide whether, according to Russian law, the incorporation of Crimea into Russia was legal from the point of view of international law,” the ruling reads..
